In the terms and conditions “Partner Discount Code” refers to the discount code that we (Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd) provide for the Partnership Customers whom we reasonably believe to be genuine and approved users of the Partner Discount Code.
Administration of Partnership Accounts takes place within the marketing department at the Kemble head office from Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Tel: 01666 818153. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org Stores operate seven days a week across similar time periods. Please use the websites for details on our store opening hours, maps, directions to all stores and online personal purchases.
Orders can be placed in-store, by telephone, post and email. Partner Discount Codes are enabled for purchases by approved Partnership Customers.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please complete the details on the reverse side of your delivery note and send it back to us within 30 days. We recommend all returns to be sent by First Class Signed Delivery, with insurance paid as a minimum. We will not accept any liability for any item(s) returned to us unless specifically arranged by ourselves.
Alternatively, you can bring it into one of our stores together with the products original packaging and labelling attached within 30 days. We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) where appropriate. All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt. If goods are returned for repair or replacement, please ensure they returned in a clean and dry condition. Items returned in an inappropriate state will be returned to customers for drying and cleaning as necessary.
All goods must be paid for at the point of sale.
Events beyond our control
We shall endeavour to provide you with the best service at all times but we will not be liable if equipment or communication failure, strikes or other events beyond our control that reasonably prevent us from doing so.
Partner Discount Codes
Partner Discount Codes are available to Partnership Customers only, to make personal purchases both in-store and online from our current ranges.
Agreements are reviewed on an annual basis. If the expected sales criteria are not met then the operating Partner Discount Code may be terminated. We reserve the right to withdraw this agreement at any time if the Partner Discount Code is found to have been used inappropriately.
Change of name or address
Please contact us if there are any changes of name or address of the designated administrators or holders of the Partner Discount Code.
We may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Pricing structures are confidential information and should not be divulged. Any Partnership Customer found sharing this information may have their agreement terminated. Pricing structures are not fixed for the life of the Partner Discount Code agreement and may be changed if we deem necessary.
The following exclusions apply to the pricing structure:
- Courses/Events supplied by Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd.
- Gift Cards & Vouchers
- Rock Bottom goods
- Sale items
- Specially ordered goods
- Selected lines (inc Brompton, Specialized, SoulPad and Garmin brands, electronic items, and where stated on selected items)
In addition, this pricing structure cannot be used in conjunction with any further offers or discounts.
Partner Discount Codes must not be shared with third parties. Open promotion of a Partner Discount Code is forbidden unless prior authorisation is agreed in writing with us. The use of the Partnership Discount Code is a privilege for the Partnership Customer only and inappropriate usage will result in Partnership Discount Code closure.
Closing the Partner Discount Code
Either the Partner Discount Code holder or Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd can end the agreement at any time in writing.
Dual Branding and use of Clients Logos
Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd must give permission for use of their logos in writing. The aforementioned logos cannot be amended in any way.
Clients’ logos can only be used for layout and development work, only in consultation with the Client and cannot be used for marketing in any way without prior permission.
We will store and process information obtained by us or given by you in your dealings with us so that we can develop and improve our services and support to you and other customers.
