If you have decided not to keep an item, bought in-store or online, and don't live near one of our stores and wish to return it by post, please login to your account here

Once you are logged into your account follow the link to “Return Items” from the “My Account” menu

To return via post, follow these simple steps:  

  1. Login to your account and follow the link on the “My Account” drop down menu to “Return Items”
  2. Select an item to return and select the reason for return, once this is completed press continue
  3. Select return method, confirm choice and continue to the carriers portal (Royal Mail or Collect+)
  4. Tear off the completed returns form and place it inside your parcel

Please remember to include your invoice within the parcel

Complete the details on your delivery note and send it back to us in a new and unused condition together with the product’s original packaging and labelling within 30 days of purchase (100 days if you are an Explore More Member). 

Please note: Please allow 10 working days for your return to be processed

If you wish to return a pair of shoes or boots bought in-store or online, please place the box in a sealed plastic postal bag.

We regret to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that become lost in transit if one of our services are not used.

If you purchase is simply unsuitable for you, you will need to return the item at your own expense these prices can be found once you have logged into your account and select "Return items" . If the item you have received is wrong or faulty, postage will be reimbursed.

We are unable to offer an exchange for items returned to Head Office. To change an item online please return the item to us and place a new order online, or we are able to process an exchange in your local store
