Misplaced your receipt? Not to worry, these things happen. If you hold an account with us, simply log in to your account and navigate to the "My Orders" section where you can download and print a re-issue of your original invoice.
If you made a purchase using a guest checkout, we kindly ask that you finalise your account by entering your email at the login page and selecting 'forgotten password'. A password reset link will be sent to your given email which will allow you to set a password for your guest account, at which point you will be able to login and access your purchase history so that you can process your return.
If you do not have an account and no longer have a copy of your receipt, please contact our Customer Services so that we can help you locate your purchase and arrange for its return.
We recommend you send your return by recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post.
Note: Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept goods which are not returned in a clean and dry condition.
We are unable to offer an exchange for items returned to Head Office. To change an item online please return the item to us and place a new order online.
Don't have a returns form or printer? Not to worry, clearly write down the following on a piece of paper and place it inside your parcel;
- Order Number
- Name
- Billing Address (including postcode)
- Telephone Number
- Email address
