The easiest way for you to return goods is to visit any of our stores, taking your proof of purchase with you.
Items should be returned with the original packaging and labelling and within 30 days of purchase (100 days if you are an Explore More Member).
All store returns are at the manager's discretion, and the item must be in a new and unused condition.
Premium electronics that were purchased online should be returned to our Head Office to be processed. Please see our High Value Electronics Delivery & Returns policy for further information.
