Items in stock are normally delivered next day to UK Mainland addresses, Monday to Saturday 7:30am to 6:00pm, see below for more information.
We use Yodel for all UK deliveries and Parcelforce for Convenientcollect orders.
Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.
The exact lead time we’ll offer you during checkout depends on your postcode and availability of products at that time of placing your order.
For orders over £150, Yodel will provide you with a two hour delivery window once your parcel is in transit, whilst also giving you the option to amend your delivery date or address.
With the Post Office® Convenientcollect service, you can pick up your new gear from over 10,500 Post Office locations in the UK. Products that are available for Post Office® Convenientcollect will have the option available to you when you are on the product detail page or in the Checkout online. We also offer Click & Collect to any of our stores at no extra charge. Simply select the store you want the item delivered to during checkout.
If you live in a Northern Ireland, Highland, island or rural postcode, delivery may take longer than 7 working days. We always aim to deliver your order within 7 working days, but it’s subject to postcode and carrier availability.

WHY IS THE DELIVERY TIME LONGER THAN I’D EXPECT?
Some of our items are resourced straight from one of our stores or our supplier as part of our Extended Range - so it's resourced just for you and may take time before it's ready to be sent to you!
We work with various approved suppliers from around the world, who help us offer up a wider range of products. These suppliers may offer different delivery times and options to us. Please note the delivery window on our Product pages for the size and colour before adding the item to your basket. Please wait until your delivery due time has passed before contacting us.
HOW WILL YOU ENSURE MY HIGH-VALUE ITEM IS DELIVERED SAFELY?
COVID-19 Update: Currently none of our parcels need to be signed for, these will be left in a safe place by our couriers if you are not available to receive the parcel.
High-value items will need to be signed for. We’ll send you an email explaining how to track your item and letting you know when it will be delivered.
If no-one is available, the courier will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour. The courier will post a card through your door with further delivery instructions if they're unable to complete delivery or if they leave the parcel with a neighbour.
The courier will attempt to make delivery and obtain a signature up to 3 times before the parcel is returned to our warehouse.
MY ITEM IS NOW OUT OF STOCK, BUT I PAID FOR IT. WHAT SHALL I DO?
COVID-19 Update: Any out of stock items will be cancelled, we are unable to offer alternatives at this moment in time.
If your item is out of stock, we'll contact you to let you know. If you're happy to accept a suitable alternative product, we will amend your order and get the item shipped to you as soon as possible. If no alternatives are suitable, we'll cancel the item off your order.
If you’re not happy to wait, please contact Customer services to cancel your order.
THERE’S BEEN A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER, OR IT HASN’T YET BEEN DELIVERED - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your delivery is overdue, or your items have been accidentally damaged in transit, or for any other queries, contact our Customer Services.
I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AT ONCE. WILL THEY ALL ARRIVE TOGETHER?
Your items may arrive on different days or from different couriers, but you won’t be charged for additional deliveries.
If you order items with different despatch times, we may deliver them separately.
Please wait until your delivery due time as stated in your order confirmation email has passed before contacting us.
DO YOU DELIVER TO BFPO ADDRESSES?
Yes, we charge of £6 per order to be shipped to BFPO addresses.
If you are a BFPO customer, please ensure that you select 'BFPO' from the country drop down field when entering your address at the point of checkout. Failure to do this can result in your parcel being misrouted and may cause long delays.
For BFPO destinations that are exempt from the VAT, the price will be adjusted once your order has been placed. It is essential that you select 'BFPO' from the country drop down field to qualify for this automatic exemption as we cannot apply retrospective refunds for VAT once your order has been despatched. Your order confirmation email will state the full retail value including VAT. We will send you a separate invoice showing the corrected amount, excluding VAT.
All BFPO deliveries will be delivered into Northolt via Yodel where they will then be distributed to the correct locations. Please be aware that once your parcel is handed over to BFPO we cannot track the parcel and will have no control over its delivery. View our full terms & conditions for BFPO orders here.
DO YOU DELIVER TO NORTHERN IRELAND, THE CHANNEL ISLANDS, THE ISLES OF SCILLY AND THE ISLE OF MAN?
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland. However, geographical location and courier availability can restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.

DO YOU HAVE ANY DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS?
We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
DELIVERY TIMESCALES TO REMOTE AREAS
There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale and can't offer next day delivery. Items will sometimes take more than 7 days; this is due to limited carrier availability in these areas.
