All of the products we sell come with a 12-month guarantee. Sometimes we offer this guarantee and sometimes it is the manufacturer of the product. If you have any concerns as to the quality of a product bought from us or wish to make a claim under a warranty or guarantee, please do contact us in the first instance or return the item to your nearest store and we will do our best to assist you.
If you are a consumer, a manufacturer's guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau’s website www.adviceguide.org.uk or call 03454 04 05 06, or Trading Standards office.
