How do I create an account?
If you don't yet have an online account, you can create one easily online; just follow the instructions on our Login/Register link in the navigation.

How can I change my email, home address, password or payment details?
To update any account details, log into your account and select the relevant section. There are options to update your contact details, address, saved payment details, promotional preferences or to edit your password.

I’ve forgotten my password
Simply enter the email address you registered within our ‘forgotten password’ form, going through the ‘login or register' link in the navigation. We'll send you an email containing instructions on how to reset your password. Do ensure you check your spam/junk folder as occasionally our email may end up there.

How do I opt out of marketing emails?
You can opt out of Marketing by going to Contact preferences in your account. However, you will still receive account-based emails and Explore More specific emails if you are an Explore More member.
