WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After placing an order, you can view the order status 24 hours a day by simply clicking on the "My orders" link in the Account section. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.

WHY IS MY ORDER NOT SHOWING ON MY ACCOUNT?
If you cannot see your order on your account, you may have placed it under Guest Checkout during checkout. Unfortunately, this does not link the order to your account and will not be able to be tracked online but don’t worry, you will still receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order is dispatched which will have the relevant tracking and courier information.
