It is likely you are using a different email to the one first used to redeem your discount. Please try an account under an alternative email. 

Your Vitality discount can only be linked to one email address at a time. Please contact us if you need to change it.

Only one Vitality discount is being used on my order?

Unfortunately we are not able to redeem multiple Vitality vouchers on the same transaction; they will need to be redeemed separately.
