When is the last date I will be able to use my Vitality discount?
The last date you will be able to use your Vitality discount against trainers purchased through Runnersneed will be the 30th December 2024.
What happens to my current vitality discounted pair of running shoes if I need to pursue a warranty claim?
If a warranty claim is valid, we will offer a replacement or a refund of the amount you paid.
I've used my Vitality discount for a Christmas present, what happens if I need to return them in January?
If you return them to our head office we will process a refund for the shoes, if you return the shoes in store, they will be able to offer and exchange or refund. (Returns T&C's apply)

What happens if I want to return my shoes and purchase at a later date post December 30th?
Vitality will remove your Runners Need voucher and replace it with the new provider.
Can a member use Runners Need and the new partner in the same plan year?
No. The new partner will be notified of all members who have used Runners Need in their current plan year, if a member has done this, they’ll need to wait to their renewal to use the new partner.
What if a member purchases at Runners Need in December and returns in January to Runners Need, how do they get their discount again?
If a member returns a pair of shoes at Runners Need after the Vitality benefit has ended, they won’t be able to get the discount again at Runners Need on another pair of shoes, they will need to call Vitality to discuss their benefit.
Is the discount the same?
Yes, there is no difference to the discount a member can get.
