We will always refund to the original payment method where possible. Refunds take up to 7-10 working days to be fully processed. Please contact our Customer Care team if you do not receive your refund within this period.
Payments made with gift cards will always be refunded to a new gift card as these are non-refundable.
For cash payments, or payments where the original payment method cannot be refunded, we will contact you via email with next steps.
